Terms of Service

Legal entity: These terms apply to Discipline ComplyApp, a product owned and operated by Gingerforge (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/155774/07, a private company registered in South Africa.

1. Service owner

Discipline ComplyApp is owned and operated by Gingerforge (Pty) Ltd. The service provides workplace discipline management tools, including incident capture, AI-assisted document preparation, WhatsApp intake, PDF generation and electronic signing workflows.

2. Use of the service

You may use the service only for lawful workplace administration, human resources and employee discipline management purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through the service and for reviewing any generated document before issuing it.

3. Accounts and access

You must keep account credentials secure and ensure that only authorised users access your organisation's records. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused or accessed without authorisation.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid access is provided according to the subscription plan selected during sign-up or checkout. Subscription access may be paused or cancelled if payment cannot be completed.

5. Electronic communications and signing

The service may send notices, links and documents by email, WhatsApp or other electronic channels. Electronic signatures are captured with supporting audit data such as timestamps, IP address and device information where available.

6. Privacy and data protection

Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy. The service is intended to support POPIA-conscious record handling, but each customer remains responsible for lawful use of employee and workplace data.
