Can employees receive and sign warnings on WhatsApp?

Yes. Incidents can be reported through WhatsApp and employees receive their documents with a secure signing link — no login required.

How does the AI analysis work?

When an incident is captured, our AI reviews the facts, suggests the appropriate sanction level, drafts charges in professional language and flags missing information before anything is issued. A human manager approves every document before it is sent.

Are signed documents legally valid?

Yes. Documents are signed electronically under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), with a full audit trail of IP address, timestamp and device fingerprint captured for every signature.

How is employee data protected?

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is limited by role, and we follow POPIA principles for retention, consent and subject access requests.

Can I import existing warnings?
